Main Purpose of the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver on a successful annual business plan;
  • Develop global best practice standards for the company in terms of policies and procedures;
  • Develop suitable affiliation and partnerships both locally and internationally on behalf of the company;
  • Identify business development and growth opportunities;
  • Generate new business and secure repeat business;
  • Establish effective above the line, below the line, digital marketing and media buying divisions;
  • Regularly report to the Group Chief Executive Officer on the progress of the company;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans;
  • Develop and manage project budget;
  • Review reporting and analytic needs for Advertising Operations;
  • Act as the proponent for review and adoption across departments;
  • Manage Advertising Operations strategic initiatives as needed; and
  • Review departmental service level agreements and escalation policies, updating protocols as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education – Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent and a Bachelors in Communication or Marketing
  • Experience – 8 years relevant experience of which 3 are at a senior management position
  • Strong Business network
Knowledge 
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft
  • Strong working knowledge of concepts and protocols
  • Customer relationship management
  • Advertising regulations
Skills Required

2. Senior Consultant – PR and Communications

Main Purpose of the Job

The Senior Consultant is responsible for monitoring publicity and conducting research to find out the concerns and expectations of the companies’ stakeholders and report the findings to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute small and large scale brand public relations programs for clients;
  • Proactively seek and secure influential media placements for clients;
  • Deliver business initiatives that enhance the development of skills, knowledge and good practice in PR;
  • Successfully meet set revenue targets;
  • Develop communications strategies and advice clients on the implementation;
  • Work directly with local and national media partners to maximize earned media coverage for marketing campaigns;
  • Evaluate and analyze media coverage to understand the impact of the communication; and
  • Respond to the media diplomatically without divulging unnecessary details.
Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
  • Experience – Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar industry/field

Main Purpose of the Job

The Consultant will support in creating and managing positive image of the company’s clients.

This position will support in developing and implementing PR Strategy for marketing and brand campaigns;

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in developing and implementing PR Strategy for marketing and brand campaigns;
  • Effectively manage media enquiries, converting them to positive, equity-building coverage or mitigating negative coverage;
  • Work directly with local and national media partners to maximize earned media coverage for marketing campaigns;
  • Successfully meet set revenue targets;
  • Contact media outlets to organise for press coverage, events and conferences;
  • Write and edit media materials, such as press releases, newsletters, reports and presentations;
  • Conduct media audits and coverage assessments as needed for the clients;
  • Carry out desktop research to keep abreast with the industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Education – Diploma in Marketing or related field
  • Experience – 1-2 years experience
  • Knowledge – Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Proficient in social media
  • Social and economic knowledge
  • Event organization

Main Purpose of the Job

The Sales Executive will be responsible for successful new business generation for the company through establishing and forming critical relations with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business by identifying prospects and converting them into new business;
  • Meet set revenue targets;
  • Maintain the client database of both existing and new clients;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to promote the company;
  • Establish an effective and strong network to promote and raise brand awareness;
  • Carry out continuous research on prospects and industry trends;
  • Prepare and send business proposals to prospective clients;
  • Maintain cordial relations with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; and
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports against set revenue targets.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or in a relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industry / field.
  • Knowledge – Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of the Group aims and objectives
  • Good understanding of Industry practices
