Sales Administrator

Position Overview:

The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department as well as customer service support to new & existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening & tracking of sales enquiries and job cards
  • Creating and managing of correspondence to clients through email, quotations, proposals, tenders and presentations
  • Creating and managing a customer database
  • Coordinating communication between sales department members and other functions
  • Filing and reporting
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained to both internal and external clients
  • Participating in sales promotions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service related role
  • Degree or diploma in sales, marketing or customer service
  • Ability to confidently interact with client representatives at all levels
  • Expert communication, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Good report writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure
