Job Description:
- Preparation and implementation of a receivables collection plan
- Collection of outstanding debts from members and sponsors
- Ensure set collection targets are achieved
- Sending updated statements to members and sponsors on a monthly basis or as need arises
- Handling all members related issues with regard to payments and communicating with them via email, mail, phone or personally
- Close monitoring of members accounts for non payments and delayed payments and make necessary recommendations
- Updating the members payments schedule on a daily basis
- Follow established procedures for debt collection and come up with new ideas for the same
Job Specification
- CPA (k) finalist
- 2 year experience in as a credit controller.
- Ability to work in an environment that demands exceptional performance.
- Be computer literate and a team player.
