Chai Sacco Society Limited Provision of Consultancy Services – Review and Development of a Strategic Plan

Chai SACCO Society Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent Consultant Firms to provide Consultancy Services on Review and Development of 2014 -2017 Strategic Plan.
 

The Tender document shall be accompanied by the following Mandatory requirements for preliminary evaluation:-
  1. Certificate of Company Registration in existence for at least Five (5) years
  2. Current Valid Tax compliance certificate
  3. Current Valid NSSF and NHIF Compliance Certificate
  4. Audited Accounts for the last three years
  5. Firm Accreditation/Affiliation Certificate to relevant professional body
  6. Five Major Clients in the last 3 years with at least 2 clients implementing a balance scorecard.
Tender document detailing the requirement may be obtained from the Chief Executive Officer’s office, 4th floor KTDA Plaza, Moi Avenue Nairobi on normal working days from 30th January 2013, upon payment of Kes 5,000. Payment shall be made by cash or by Bankers cheque in Society FOSA banking hall, 3rd floor of KTDA Plaza or direct deposit to Chai Sacco Society Ltd, Co-operative Bank Ltd, Account Number:01120000542000, Co-op House Branch and forward the deposit slip.
Complete bid documents shall be dropped in the tender box situated in 4th floor of KTDA Plaza on or before Thursday 14th February 2013, at 11 AM.
Chai SACCO Society Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part without giving reasons for its decision.
