Project Mid-Term Evaluation.

DSW is an international development and advocacy organization that empowers young people and communities in low- and middle-income countries by addressing issues of population dynamics and by improving health as key to sustainable development.
DSW with financial assistance from the European Union, in partnership with the Legal Human Rights Centre (LHRC) based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Professional Alliance for Development (PADET) in Ethiopia and National Gender and Equality Commission in Kenya, is implementing a three year project ‘Working Together for Decent Work in East Africa’.
The project supports social protection and decent employment for those excluded from the formal labor market, especially women and youth.
DSW intends to engage a Consultant to carry out the project’s Mid-Term evaluation to assess the progress made toward achievement of key expected results as well as the project’s relevance, efficiency and sustainability.
DSW is thus inviting qualified consultants to submit an Expression of Interest to firstname.lastname@example.org by COB Monday 11TH February 2013.
