Purpose of the position
To render disciplined dynamic planning key to decision making and reactivity to market forces.

Main Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities
1. Dynamic Forecasts
1. Dynamic Forecasts
- Disciplined alignment and adherence to the Monthly Business Planning.
- Best Practices as per the Business Planning Cycle.
2. Values, Nestle Leadership Principles
- Demonstrate and promote the company’s values and integrate them within the team/area’s way of working.
Functional Responsibilities
1. Dynamic Forecasts (DF)
1. Dynamic Forecasts (DF)
- Preparation of the Proposed and Dynamic Forecast (DF) Scenarios (Financial Simulations).
- Ensure accurate DF’s and provide proper analysis.
2. Selling Price Calculations
- Preparation f initial SPC based on agreed yearly target on a timely basis
- Periodic review of initial SPC based on local rising costs, inflation, exchange fluctuations and government regulation.
- Ensure proper Signing-Off of SPC.
- Enter new SPC in the systems.
3. Management Accounts Preparations and analysis.
- Preparation of Management Accounts for the management.
- PACT Reporting in Magnitude.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance related field
- CPA (K)
- Minimum of 2yrs related experience
- Computer Skills (Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
