Responsible for a customer engagement team:
- 5-8 customers
- Business development/Sales;
- Delivery of technology;
- Service management and
- Customer activitation (uptake of the service)
- Lead customer engagement team with 5-7 team members (mix of relationship managers, engineers and project manager)
Experience: 5 years
Skills: Relationship building, sales, management and basic understanding of technology.
Consulting is an advantaged
Salary: 200k – 250k gross
When: ASAP
Report into: Chief engagement officer (leads two customer engagement teams)
