Purpose of Role

- My client was established in April 2006 to play in the Below the Line Advertising industry.
- My client targets to be the No 1 BTL agency in Eastern Africa.
- Its key focus is exemplary customer service & quality execution.
- My client is dedicated to offering value addition in all its activities.
- My client promises to deliver all its activities/projects professionally but with deep regard to consumers & customers needs.
- Given the above there is need for the company to engage dedicated resource in business growth and development.
Reporting to the General Manager,
- Head of Business Dev & Innovation
- My clients Entertainment, Projects and Operations Leaders
- Office Administrator
- High levels of respect/contact with clients.
- Service Providers/Suppliers
- Peers in FMCG industry, external industry data sources
- Responsible for the effective costing of projects
- Effective use of tools of trade
A. Business Generation
- Proactively sourcing for clients new businesses.
- Proposals to clients based on either clients need or own initiative.
- The proposals in line with company standards and policy.
- Understanding clients entire marketing mix and route to market
B. Client Servicing
- Will provide timely feedback and update information
- Will have regular meetings with clients to propose new ideas or for building relationships.
- To plan on how to ensure My clients is top of mind in clients’ mind
- Qualify and sign off the execution plan (Project Charter) as per clients need with regard to practicability.
- Carry out regular field visits to review progress.
- Review performance versus objectives
- Audit execution
You will achieve this through

- Brand Building: – To consistently build the brand My clients and seek to grow its image

Experience: +5 years in a business development environment.
- Mastery in the principals of sales and marketing
- Excellent customer/client servicing
